Unless otherwise specified, our products ship from the USA. We use USPS for American orders, and UPS for foreign / international orders. In some cases, where it is necessary, we will use different couriers such as Asendia, who will hand off to a local for your country where they can.
While we take all measures possible to track an item, it is up to the customer to determine how the item is delivered with the courier. If you'd like an item to be left in a safe place or delivered to a neighbour, please let the courier know as early as possible.
